Here is what the main tuning page looks like on the iPhone.  The bar with the two black squares is called the Phase Display.  The squares move left for flat and right for sharp, similar to a strobe tuner.  You tune the pipe so that the pattern comes to a stop.  This display is for fine-tuning. It is the most accurate tuning indicator available.

Below the current note display is a graph called the Spectrum Display.  Derived from a high-resolution Fourier Transform, this display gives additional information about the distribution of sound energy across the frequency spectrum.  If there are several pitches sounding at once, this graph will show a peak for each pitch.

Version History:

Version 2.7:
Modified handling of interruptions from phone calls to improve the restarting of Organ Tuner after the call. Corrected the reading of the Moat S2 temperature sensor. Added support for two more Govee temperature sensors (H5179 and H5174).
Version 2.6:
Support for three new Bluetooth temperature senors, shown below. The mutation rank/partial selection has been streamlined. Adaptations are made for iOS 12 and above. Several landscape layout issues have been corrected.
Version 2.4:
Adds a "pipe cutoff" calculation function to aid organ builders in cutting brand new pipes that have never been tuned. This version also fixes a bug in processing temperature readings from specific temperature sensors.
Version 2.3:
Fixes a "cancel temperament" bug that appeared with iOS 9.
Version 2.2:
Fixes a audio system compatibility problem with iOS 9.
Version 2.1:
Extends the provisions for receiving Bluetooth temperature readings for temperature compensation to include several more brands of sensors.

"Tempo Pebble" and "Tempo Disc" sensors from Blue Maestro

"myBlue-T" temperature sensors by WeatherHawk
(discontinued by the manufacturer, but we still support it if you have one)

"Moat S2" temperature and humidity sensor from Moat

"Govee H5074" thermometer from Amazon

"Govee H5174 and H5179" directly from Govee. (H5174 is preferred because it is Bluetooth only.)

"Inkbird IBS-TH1" temperature sensor from Inkbird
